Koenigsegg Agera R Accelerate to 100 km/h in 2.9 seconds

At Geneva 2011, Koenigsegg Agera R has become one of the brightest stars, attracting the attention of visitors as well as reporters. However, there was plenty of information on this model has not been announced specific. Up until now, Koenigsegg has announced the impressive parameters of this supercar.

First is the acceleration time deserve the reputation of the Koenigsegg. Accordingly, the Agera R can accelerate from 0-100 km/h in 2.9 seconds and from 0-200 km/h in 7.5 seconds. More impressive, the 0-200-0 km/h in about 12.7 seconds, partially thanks to ventilated carbon ceramic brakes.

As we know, Koenigsegg Agera R equipped 5.0-liter V8 engine, capacity of 1,115 hp at 6,900 rpm when using E85 ethanol fuel. However, because this fuel is not available in markets should the Agera R can run on on 95 octane petrol (capacity of 940 hp) or 98 octane (capacity of 1,050 hp). Top speed at over 420 km/h (261 mph).

Besides, Koenigsegg also revealed all the equipment for Agera R that include among others an adaptive rear wing, hydraulic lifting system, GPS, G sensor, leather carpets and a silver key.

Koenigsegg charges extra for options such as heated seats, rear view camera, winter wheel package, Inconel exhaust system...The pricing has not been disclosed, but the predicted figure for the Swedish supercar will reach $1,410,000.
