2012 Mercedes-Benz C63 AMG Coupe unveiled

Mercedes-Benz unveiled the information and new pictures about the 2012 C63 AMG Coupe before New York Auto Show held next month. It will be a rival to compete with the BMW M3.

The C63 AMG Coupe equipped with 6.2-liter V8 engine, capacity of 451 hp and can be increased by 30 hp if accompanied by optional AMG Development package, Speedshift MCT gearbox. The car accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 4.4 seconds before reaching top speed of 250 km/h (with AMG Development, acceleration time to 4.3 seconds).

Developed based on the new C-class coupe, it is also equipped with 18 inch alloy rims, front tire 235/40, rear tire 255/35m, four chrome tailpipes of the AMG.

In the cabin, the C63 AMG coupe uses a new panel, TFT screen with high-quality materials. There is also a small carbon fiber wing and steering wheel leather wrapped sport.

It is equipped with five driver support systems: active headlamps (Adaptive High Beam Assist), early warning, parking assistance with audio alerts, support changing lanes and remove blind spots, the latest COMAND system of Mercedes with a screen displaying 3D.

The C63 AMG will be officially launched at the New York Auto Show held in April, then in showrooms in September with prices yet to be announced.
