BMW has revealed the information and recent pictures of 2012 BMW 6-Series Coupe is expected to be present in the U.S. market in July.
The 2012 BMW 6-Series Coupe delivers customers two engine options: 3.0L turbocharged for the 640i version and 4.4L twin-turbocharged V8 for the 650i version. Both models use 8-speed automatic transmission, while in the U.S. market, BMW has added choice 6- speed gearbox for the 650i Coupe.
Specifically, the 640i Coupe equipped with 3.0L engine, capacity of 315 hp, maximum torque of 450 Nm. When combined with 8-speed automatic transmission, acceleration from 0-100 km in 5.4 seconds, reaching a maximum speed of 250 km/h. BMW also offers very impressive figures, the car is only consumption 7.7 liter/100 km and CO2 concentration reaches 179 g/km.
Meanwhile, the 650i Coupe is equipped with 4.4L V8 engine, capacity 402 hp, torque of 600 Nm. Compared to the 640i, BMW 650i Coupe accelerates faster, 0-100 km in 4.9 seconds, top speed 250 km/h, fuel consumption is 10.4 liter/100 km and CO2 concentration is 243 g/km.

In Europe, BMW will distribute both the 640i and 650i Coupes this fall, however, only the 650i Coupes for U.S. customers. The price not disclosed.
