Toyota Reduced Production in Europe

Toyota has stopped production at five factories in Europe for a few days of April and May, due to supply raw materials from Japan limited.

Announcement was made a day after Toyota announced closure factories in North America.

The earthquake and tsunami last month in northern Japan had destroyed the power supplies and machinery in the factory accessories of Toyota. Plants in Europe are affected mainly in the UK, Turkey, France and Poland.

Currently, the Toyota plants in Japan has restored production, although productivity has been reduced.
