Fiat is also trying to mobilize about € 1.5 billion ($ 2.17 billion) through credit facilities and expected to implement this deal in coming months. Currently, Fiat held 30% stake in Chrysler and towards achieving majority control of Chrysler in late 2011 - one of the objectives of the Chief Executive Sergio Marchionne.
