Fiat Plans to Buy $ 1.5 billion Stake in Chrysler

Fiat is expected to pay about $ 1.5 billion to buy 16% stake in Chrysler and Fiat hopes that they will make acquisitions Chrysler in late 2011 after Chrysler pay the government loan.

Fiat is also trying to mobilize about € 1.5 billion ($ 2.17 billion) through credit facilities and expected to implement this deal in coming months.
