Mercedes-Benz has announced that the S 350 BLUETEC will be equipped the ECO Start Stop function, and now, the saloon version will be more environmentally friendly thanks to more fuel efficient.
The S 350 BLUETEC will use 3.0-liter V6 diesel engine, capacity of 258 hp. Now, it will the fuel consumption is 6.2 liters/100 km. Without the above functions, the car will consume 6.8 liters/100 km. In addition, it also uses Bluetec technology with AdBlue exhaust treatment to help the car meet the Euro 6 emission standard when the car's emissions are 164 grams CO2/km.
In addition, the engine of the S 350 BLUETEC also uses TWAS technology to help it reduce further was 4.3 kg, increases fuel economy up about 3%.

Mercedes-Benz S 350 BLUETEC still retain the old price. That means, to own a luxury car and environmentally friendly, you will have to pay € 76,517 (about $ 110,600).
