Lotus has presented the Evora GTE at the Frankfurt Motor Show.
Inspired by race cars, the Evora GTE is equipped by a 3.5-liter V6 engine with 444 hp at 7,000 rpm and 420 Nm of torque at 4.500 rpm, thanks in part to the Dual-Variable Valve Timing of the supercharged engine. The supercar is 105 kg lighter than the standard version.
Being originally made for the Asian market, but Lotus has decided to boost production and bring it to Europe, after the company received 114 requests for the supercar.
Only 25 units will be produced. However, the British automaker didn’t announce the price of the Evora GTE yet.
