Jaguar C-X75 Hybrid Will be Produced Commercially

Jaguar has officially confirmed, C-X75 will be produced commercially. Released at the 2010 Paris Auto Show as a concept, Jaguar C-X75 will become the British marque’s most advanced model to date.

With many details to be made ​​from lightweight materials to reduce vehicle weight, combined with two electric motors which helps Jaguar C-X75 with CO2 emissions of less than 99 g/km.


Jaguar C-X75 will be equipped with a 4-cylinder gasoline engine, capacity of 195 horsepower and two electric motors, with one powerful electric motor at each axle. The car accelerates from 0-96 km/h less than 3 seconds, reaching a top speed of 322 km per hour (approximately 200 miles). In addition, the car can operate only with electric motor on the 50 km distance.

The C-X75 will be developed in association with Williams F1 who will provide their engineering expertise in areas including aerodynamics, carbon composite manufacture and hybrid technologies.

Manufacturers said, Only 250 units will be Produced, each costing between £ 700,000 – £ 900,000 depending on market.
