Here are the images show the latest work on a prototype of the 2013 Mercedes-Benz S63 AMG, during testing on the Nürburgring.
These spy photos show a larger brake system, suspension tuning, minor tweaks to the drive programs and more open front air intakes.
The car is still heavily camouflaged, but we expect it will be equipped by a 5.5-liter twin-turbo V8 engine with 544 hp mark in standard guise and 571 hp with the AMG Performance Package. Transmission will likely be the Speedshift MCT 7-speed gearbox.
Expected, the model will debut next year, after the introduction of the 2013 Mercedes-Benz S-Class.
