2012 Honda Fit Sport Gets Updated

On August 16, the North American division of Honda has announced a series of changes for the 2012 Fit Sport. Revisions will be centered on the car’s interior as well as the Sport model.

Outside, the model has a new front bumper, a revised grille, front fenders, black headlight and a dark "machined surface" finish for the 16-inch alloy wheels.


Inside, the cabin is enhanced with dark metallic dashboard components for a unified color theme, additional chrome accents and revised cup holders. Bluetooth is now standard

Power will come from 1.5-liter 4-cylinder engine with 117 hp at 6,600 rpm and 144 Nm of torque at 4,800 rpm. The engine is mated to a five-speed transmission of the manual or automatic variety.

The 2012 Honda Fit Sport is available in two new colors: Blue Raspberry Metallic and Orangeburst Metallic. Pricing starts at $16,910.
